“Management was responsive, friendly and accommodating.  The quality of the kitchen appliances, the spaciousness of the rooms and the high ceilings made the apartment very comfortable.  I loved the location, the uniqueness of the lobby and felt very proud to have been one of the original residents of the building.” – Andrea M.

“Overall, I had an a great experience living at the Atlas, definitely will miss the building, the Manager, and everything on that goes on around that location! Difficult to find a 100+ year old building that is available to live in, in Columbus.” – Steven S.

“The Atlas Apartments are truly an anomaly among the downtown apartment buildings. They are able to artfully incorporate luxury apartments into the framework of one of columbus’ oldest buildings. I love that many of the old architecture and flooring is still intact. I was also pleasantly surprised at how accessible parking is. The freedom and convenience of living downtown is exhilarating. There are many activities, bars and restaurants accessible by walking or taking the C-Bus (German Village, Short North, Arena District, Brewery District, festivals on the river, Columbus Commons, and more!). There is a nice sense of community that has developed over the past year- people look out for one and other and many people have developed friendships. Lastly, Hillary, the apartment manager, is excellent. She makes a point to know her residents and to keep everyone updated concerning changes to the building and maintenance. She always addresses issues in a timely manner and has a great attitude. I really enjoyed my time at The Atlas. If my job did not require I travel most of the year I would have continued living there!!”
