The Atlas Building was built in 1905 by renowned Columbus Architect, Frank Packard. Located at 8 East Long, the building was originally home of the Columbus Savings and Trust Building. The Atlas was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1977, and had not seen a major renovation since 1982. Until now.
Seeing the Atlas Building’s style and promise, Schiff Capital Group purchased the landmark in 2011. Schiff began design and construction on 98 Atlas Apartments with street-level retail space, bringing the building back to life. Today, The Atlas embodies timeless yet modern design in an upscale urban atmosphere. New York inspired, residents will enjoy the welcoming metro environment and first-class service of The Atlas Apartments.
